PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
As we head into the middle of May, it is hard to believe that next Friday marks the halfway point of the final quarter of the school year. The finish line is getting closer, but there is still important work to do. Every class, assignment, project, and conversation matters as we continue building toward a strong end to the year.
This time of year can bring many distractions, warmer weather, spring activities, and excitement for summer, but it is also a time when consistent attendance, focus, and effort make a tremendous difference. We encourage all students to stay engaged, attend school regularly, communicate with their teachers, and continue practicing the habits that lead to success.
As temperatures rise, we also ask families to help remind students to dress appropriately for school. While we want everyone to be comfortable, we also strive to maintain an environment that reflects the seriousness and purpose of learning. School remains a place for academic focus, growth, and preparation for the future.
Thank you, as always, for your partnership and support. The positive energy, resilience, and kindness our students show each day continue to make SSCS a special place to learn and grow. Let’s keep working together to finish the year strong!
