A proud moment for our Spartans when Athletic Director Coach Smith attended the Section IV Athletic Directors’ Conference in Binghamton, where he accepted a NYSPHSAA School of Distinction plaque and certificate on behalf of Sharon Springs CSD. SSCS was one of just 10 Section IV schools to receive this honor after 100% of our varsity teams earned Scholar-Athlete Team recognition in 2025–26! Coach Smith brought the hardware home and presented it to Superintendent Yorke. Congratulations to our student-athletes, their teachers, their families and their coaches on this outstanding academic achievement!
