PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the weather turns warmer and spring is in full swing, I’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important seasonal updates.
In accordance with New York State regulations and our district’s safety plan, we will be conducting fire drills in the coming weeks. These drills are a key part of our emergency preparedness efforts, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in taking them seriously and responding quickly and safely.
With the increase in temperature, students are also reminded to dress appropriately for school. While lighter clothing is expected, we ask that all attire continues to reflect the respectful, focused learning environment we strive to maintain at SSCS.
As we move into the final stretch of the school year, I encourage every student to stay on top of their assignments, seek support when needed, maintain a positive attitude, and continue putting forth their best effort each day. Let’s finish the year strong—together!
Mr. Yorke
