A large group of SSCS students in grades 5-8 had an opportunity in December to experience the College of Nanotechnology, Science and Engineering in Albany. Students at the college are preparing for exciting careers in environmental sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI), computing, nanotechnology, engineering sciences, and the superconductor industry. SSCS students toured the facility, met with college students and faculty and learned more about the nanotechnology world by participating in hands-on science activities including electric circuit activity and making a polymer worm.
