I am a Special Education teacher here at Sharon Springs. I am working on my sixth year of teaching and have had some wonderful experiences. This has been a year of change here at Sharon Springs. I am wearing a new hat; one as a Consultant Teacher. I am the Consultant Teacher for the 7th grade students who receive Special Education services. I go into their core subject classes to work with the teacher so that we can best assist the students in becoming successful learners. In doing this, the students only have one Special Education teacher that they have to go to for help or assistance.
